Our Business Philosophy
Our practice is devoted exclusively to corporate compliance and business ethics matters - this is the only kind of work we do. We seek to provide practical help that turns on a client's unique needs. We therefore offer our clients a full range of services - including the design and implementation of "turnkey" ethics and compliance programs, the assessment of a company's existing compliance systems, and the design and implementation of discrete compliance program elements, such as codes of conduct, specific compliance policies, training programs (including board of directors training) and monitoring and auditing systems.
We also specialize in providing counseling on issues that arise during the operation of a program (e.g., conflicts of interest matters), and on the unique legal risks that the operation of a compliance program may itself create. Above all, we consistently aim to make our work with clients collegial, collaborative and practical. Because of our extensive experience, we pride ourselves at being able to provide assistance that can often draw directly on prior work, thus allowing our clients to avoid the costs of "reinventing the wheel."
