- CSLG professionals played lead roles on an independent advisory group formed by the Ethics Resource Center to make recommendations to the U.S. Sentencing Commission and other government bodies for improving the promotion and recognition of effective compliance and ethics programs in federal enforcement policy. - The Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission have released a resource guide to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. The Guide reinforces the hallmarks of an effective compliance and ethics program reflected in U.S. Sentencing Guidelines that CSLG Partner Win Swenson helped establish, and also cites published works by Joe Murphy, Of Counsel to CSLG.
