ABOUT OUR FIRM

CSLG attorneys have been developing and implementing compliance programs for organizations in areas of business across a broad spectrum. In addition, our attorneys have been in the vanguard of establishing corporate compliance as an area of law, such as by playing a principal role in drafting of the Corporate Sentencing Guidelines, providing training on corporate compliance to federal prosecutors at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina, serving on the recent Advisory Committee to the U.S. Sentencing Commission, editing the leading treatise and the most prominent journal in the field, and organizing and participating in conferences devoted to promoting corporate/ethics compliance best practices.
